Your items will be sent via Royal Mail
Within the UK - First Class delivery based on weight (£4.95 for candles / £2.95 love notes)
International Delivery - Royal Mail Track and signed for (please contact us if you’d prefer another option or carrier)
If you need to return an item we are unable to cover the cost of postage. It is recommended you to obtain proof of posting as we cannot take responsibility for items lost in the post.

Returns
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging.
